Kate Middleton Has “Turned a Corner” and “Doing a Lot Better” With Cancer Treatment, a Source Says
Kate Middleton was seen “out and about” with her family recently during her ongoing cancer treatment. According to reports, a family friend revealed to Vanity that The Princess of Wales has “turned a corner” and also added, “It has been a great relief that she is tolerating the medication and is actually doing a lot better.”
The friend also added that there is no hurry to return her to royal duties. They said, “There is no timeline, and there is certainly no hurry. It will be when Catherine feels ready and when she gets the green light from her medical team.” They assured, “But she will 100% be coming back to work, of that there is no question.”
The insider said that now she and her family are focused on health improvement, claiming, “No one wants to put any pressure on Catherine. The only thing that matters at the moment is her getting better,” and continued, “She has been through an ordeal this year.”
Middleton’s last public appearance was in December 2023, since then, she has remained out of the picture. In January, she underwent abdominal surgery; after that, she maintained a low profile and led a conspiracy about her health. She announced her cancer diagnosis in March through a personal video message.
In the prerecorded video clip, Middleton revealed that the doctors discovered her cancer during the abdominal surgery. She also noted that she “undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy” and is “now in the early stages of that treatment.”
She also added that it has been a difficult couple of months for their entire family. She further said, “I’ve had a fantastic medical team who have taken great care of me, for which I am so grateful.”
Earlier this month, Prince William shared a health update regarding Middleton’s health during his visit to St. Mary’s Community Hospital in the Isles of Scilly. A person asked him about the well-being of Middleton, and the royal replied, “She’s doing well, thank you.”
She recently ran errands with her family, as reported by People. However, the details of her outing were unknown. On May 20, the Royal Foundation Business Taskforce for Early Childhood released a report about her new project, which suggested that £45.5 billion would be added to the economy annually to encourage businesses to create a family-friendly working environment for parents and their children.
