Bombshell Allegations: Kanye West Accused of Drugging and Sexually Assaulting Ex-Assistant

In a bombshell lawsuit, Kanye West’s former assistant Lauren Pisciotta has leveled shocking new allegations against the rapper, claiming he drugged and sexually assaulted her during a studio session with Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Pisciotta, who worked for West from 2021 to 2022, has amended an existing lawsuit to include these disturbing new claims. According to the complaint filed in California, Pisciotta alleges that she was invited to attend a studio session co-hosted by West and Combs in Santa Monica.

At the session, Pisciotta claims that “drinks were served to her and others in attendance,” and they were told “everybody had to drink if they wanted to stay.” After consuming the drink, Pisciotta says she “suddenly started to feel disoriented” and felt “less in control of her body and speech.”

The following day, Pisciotta woke up “feeling physically ill and confused” with little recollection of what had happened. For years, she believed she had just embarrassed herself at a work event. However, Pisciotta alleges that years later, West brought up the night, admitting that they “did kind of hook up,” – leading her to realize she had been sexually assaulted while incapacitated.

“She could not stomach the fact that she worked for the man who had sexually assaulted her against her will while she was drugged, who then successfully lured her back into his orbit by way of a job opportunity to assault her all over again sexually,” the complaint states.

Pisciotta’s lawsuit also includes another alleged incident of sexual assault. She claims that during a work trip in July 2021, West forced his way into her hotel room, dropped his towel, and “aggressively moved and pushed (Pisciotta) from the chair she was sitting in over to the bed and pushed her down.” He then “attempted to forcefully thrust his naked body onto and penis into (Pisciotta’s) face” while she pleaded with him to stop, the complaint alleges.

These shocking new allegations add to a growing list of legal troubles for the rapper, who is already facing a separate lawsuit from a former Yeezy employee who accused him of threatening to kill them.

In Pisciotta’s initial lawsuit filed in June, she claimed West hired her in July 2021 as an executive assistant with a promised $1 million salary, requiring her to be on call 24/7. She alleges West promoted her to chief of staff in September 2022 with a $3 million bonus offer, only to fire her the following month without ever paying her.

Pisciotta is now suing for sexual harassment, breach of contract, wrongful termination, and creating a hostile work environment, seeking at least $4 million in damages.

West’s legal team has previously slammed Pisciotta’s allegations as “baseless,” accusing her of pursuing the rapper “sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits.” They claimed she blackmailed West when “her advances were rejected,” alleging she stole his phone to “destroy phone records that would contradict her claims.”

However, Pisciotta’s amended lawsuit includes numerous sexually explicit text messages that she says were sent by West, as well as claims that he bombarded her with unsolicited intimate photos and videos of himself.

The rapper’s latest legal woes come amid a series of other lawsuits he has faced recently, including claims of racial discrimination, labor code violations, and the termination of his Yeezy partnership with Gap.

With these disturbing new allegations now public, the scrutiny of West’s behavior will only likely intensify. Pisciotta’s lawyer has described her client as being “very clearly unwilling, non-consenting and visually upset” during the alleged assaults, stating that the experiences have left her suffering from “severe anxiety, depression and overwhelming PTSD.”

As the legal battles continue to unfold, these latest claims have cast an even darker shadow over West’s increasingly turbulent public image. Whether more accusers will come forward remains to be seen, but the rapper faces a mounting reckoning for his alleged actions.
