Country Star Jason Aldean Makes Emotional Return to Vegas with New Restaurant Opening

With the opening of his newest venture, Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar, Jason Aldean, the Academy of Country Music Artist of the Decade, will make a significant return to Las Vegas. The establishment, opening December 2 at 63 CityCenter, represents more than just another celebrity restaurant—it stands as a tribute to the resilience of the Las Vegas community.

In an upcoming 20/20 special, Aldean shared that, whether we like the reason or not, we will always have a special connection to Vegas. This connection stems from the tragic Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting in 2017, where Aldean was performing when the incident occurred. The new venue, spanning an impressive 22,500 square feet, will feature state-of-the-art amenities:

Feature And Amenities

  • Six unique bars
  • Two live music stages
  • A terrace overlooking the famous Strip
  • An iHeartRadio studio for celebrity interviews

The restaurant marks Aldean’s fourth Kitchen + Bar location in the U.S., joining successful establishments in Nashville, Gatlinburg, and Pittsburgh. “I’ve always loved Las Vegas because it’s unique and has an energy like nowhere else,” Aldean explained. “People are ready to have a wonderful time and celebrate. I want this to be a spot where people come to kick back, enjoy excellent music, awesome food, and create wonderful memories.”

A standout feature of the venue is the Tractor Bar, showcasing a vintage green John Deere 4020 tractor—a nod to Aldean’s hit song “Big Green Tractor.” The decor throughout the space tells the story of the country star’s journey, featuring record plaques, guitars, and family photos.

The menu pays homage to Aldean’s family roots with Southern comfort dishes. “This menu is personal to me,” Aldean shared. “My mom was an amazing cook, and there’s no way I could open this place without her food.”

Signature Dishes

  • Grandma’s pot roast with mashed potatoes
  • Roasted carrots and charred cipollini onions
  • Mama Aldean’s peach cobbler pairs perfectly with vanilla bean ice cream.

The opening carries special significance given Aldean’s history with Las Vegas. In the upcoming ABC special “Vegas Lights & Country Nights: Countdown to the CMA Awards,” Aldean surprises first responders and speaks about his commitment to honoring the Route 91 community. “I just love the energy around this place, and I just felt like it was a perfect spot to pay homage to the people from Route 91 and do some things in here to make that special for them,” he says.

The restaurant will welcome guests daily starting at 10 AM, with extended hours Thursday through Saturday. We have scheduled a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony for December 5, which will usher in a new chapter in Aldean’s relationship with Las Vegas.

The venue joins the competitive landscape of country music-themed establishments on the Strip, including Blake Shelton’s Ole Red. However, Aldean’s venture stands apart with its personal touches and meaningful connection to the city’s history.

“It’s also the old saying of, ‘Don’t forget how you got here and things that happened along the way.’ In particular, that situation will remain with us forever, Aldean muses, underscoring the deeper significance of this new establishment.
