The Fly team also went there without permission from the Norwegian government to find out his whereabouts. They found out that the woman in the prison is not Angela; it is Tess, a former military medic. In the finale episode, we learn that Scott and his mother are on the run to Alaska.

Considering the plot of the fourth season, nothing has been disclosed yet. The fly team’s actions will probably land them in trouble, and they will get a new leader.
