Early Life
Glaser was born to Edward J. Glaser and Julie E. Glaser, in Cincinnati, Ohio, on June 1, 1984. She has a younger sister, Lauren, and her family is Catholic. She grew up in Kirkwood, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri.
Glaser completed her graduation from Kirkwood High School and enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder. Then, she transferred to the University of Kansas and earned a degree in English literature.

Professional Career
Glaser started her stand-up career at age 18. She wrote her first jokes in college and performed on NBC’s talk show, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Conan.
She also performed in the reality series Last Comic Standing for two seasons. In April 2016, Glaser performed her first stand-up special, Perfect, on Comedy Central. Her second special, Bangin, was released on Netflix in 2019.
In 2011, Glaser hosted the podcast You Has To Be There with comedian Sara Schaefer. She hosted the program until 2014. In July 2013, she performed on the Canadian radio show The Debaters. Then, she appeared in Danswers, a life advice podcast on Giant Bomb. There, she talked about her experience with co-host Dan Ryckert at college.
Glaser co-hosted with Phil Hanley and Anya Marina in the podcast We Know Nothing. It concentrated on relationships and gave love advice to listeners who called in the program.
