Hilary Duff Shares a Sweet Selfie With Her New Born Daughter
Hilary Duff Shared a cute selfie with her newborn daughter on her Instagram stories. In that photo, she cuddled with her baby girl, Townes, who was sleeping on her chest, wearing a green princess print onesie. She wrote in the post, “Townsie gahhh.”
The post came a few hours after Duff announced the arrival of her fourth child. She and her husband, Mathew Koma, welcomed their baby on May 3. She shared a series of photos of her water birth with the caption, “Townes Meadow Bair, now we know why she made us wait so long.”
Many of the celebrities and followers are congratulated through her Instagram posts. Her fellow star Brenda Song wrote, “Congrats!!! She’s perfection. I’m so happy for you guys!!”. Mandy Moore wrote, “We love you already, Townes.”
Mathew Koma also shared the news on his Instagram stories and wrote, “My literal warrior goddess of a wife gave birth to our beautiful Townes Meadow Bair at home on 5/3/24.” He posted the picture of their daughter, Banks, holding the newborn sister with a smile.
Hilary Duff and Mathew Koma’s romance rumors sparked in 2017, and dated for several years. Duff shared a son, Luca, with her ex-husband, Mike Comrie. Duff and Koma welcomed their first child, Banks Violet, in 2018. After that, the couple decided to tie the knot in 2019, with a small ceremony in their home.
In October 2020, the couple announced they were expecting their second child, and the second daughter, Mae James, was born in March 2021.
Duff announced her fourth pregnancy in December 2023 on Instagram. She shared a photo of a Christmas card photo of her family. In that image, they were posed in the bedroom. Duff put her hand on her baby bump and gave a shocked look. She captioned the post, “Surprise Surprise!”.
Koma also shared the news on his Instagram by posting the holiday photo of their family with the caption, “Baby #4 is loading…”.
Last month, Duff shared a message on her Instagram stories about when her due date was approaching. In that post, she said that she would no longer respond to messages regarding the baby’s arrival. She also added that she would let everyone know when that happened.
A few weeks later, on April 26, Duff posted a series of photos on her Instagram with her family. The images include different occasions throughout the year, such as spending time on the beach, birthday celebrations, and Christmas holidays. She captioned the post, “Some random pics of the 5 of us before that changes foreverrrrr”.
