Jon Bon Jovi Confirms Jake Bongiovi and Millie Bobby Brown’s Wedding
Jon Bon Jovi confirmed his son Jake’s marriage to Millie Bobby Brown. He shared the details during an appearance on BBC’s The One Show, which was posted on the show’s X account.
He said, “They’re great, they’re absolutely fantastic,” and continued, “It was a very small family wedding, and the bride looked gorgeous, and Jake is happy as can be, It’s true.”
According to reports, the couple tied the knot in a private ceremony last week. Bongiovi and Brown’s parents were present at their special moment. At that time, a source close to them said, “It was a very low-key, romantic affair with their closest family with them as they said their vows.”
They were also reportedly planning a larger ceremony for later this summer in Italy.

The marriage took place one year after Brown announced their engagement on Instagram. She posted a black and white photo of them on the beach, showcasing the ring, and captioned, “I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all.” Bongiovi also posted their photo and wrote, “Forever.”
The pair celebrated their engagement in June 2022. At that party, they posed with a smile near a sign that read “Mr and Mrs Bongiovi”, which was shared by Pete Burkill Hair on Instagram.
Earlier this year, Bongiovi celebrated Brown’s birthday and shared a photo on social media, which he captioned, “Happy birthday my beautiful fiancé, I love you so much.” He also teased, “Big year ahead.”
Brown also shared a birthday tribute for Bongiovi on his 22nd birthday a few weeks ago. She shared a photo and wrote on Instagram, “The day u were born is my favorite day i love you.”
Bongiovi and Brown’s relationship rumors were first sparked in June 2021, when they were spotted together walking hand in hand in the street of New York City. In November, they went official on Instagram official, by sharing a photo in which they were sharing a kiss while riding the London Eye. The couple made their red carpet debut in March 2022, at the BAFTA Awards.
In 2023, in an interview with WWD, Brown shared that she wanted to keep their special day private. She said, “I think probably drawing the curtains, just because there are only so many moments in life that you get only once.”
She also added, “And to have everyone’s opinions and eyes looking at that just feels unnatural to me.”
