Morgan Wallen Finally Breaks the Silence on Nashville Bar Arrest
American singer and songwriter Morgan Wallen has broken the silence after two weeks regarding the arrest in Nashville. He posted a statement on X that he is not proud of his behavior and accepts the responsibility.
In addition, he added another statement in which he expressed his respect for the officers for keeping everyone safe by working every day. He also confirmed that his schedule for the tour remains unchanged.
As per the statement of the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, Morgan was arrested after charging three felony charges for allegedly throwing a chair off the rooftop of the Nashville bar on April 7.
The police said that at the time of the incident, two officers were standing in front of the Bar, and they watched the chair falling on the ground from the rooftop.
Several people witnessed Wallen pick up the chair and throw it on the roof, and as per the witness, he was also seen laughing after his action. After the incident, the officers raced to the top floor, and as per the witness confession and the video footage, they arrested him and charged three counts of reckless endangerment.
He faced a $15250 bond for his action, and it will be due in Nashville court for a settlement on May 3. His attorney said at the time of his arrest that he was cooperating with the police.
Morgan has maintained his profile low after his arrest, but recently, he was spotted with his partner, KT Smith, and their son for spending time. After a few months of dating, he engaged with KT in 2016, but they broke up in 2019. After that, they welcomed their son in 2020.
A source said that Morgan is a nice, fun person to hang out with, but when he started drinking, he wasn’t aware when to stop. He was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct charges at Kid Rock’s Nashville bar in 2020.
