Travis Kelce, a devoted fan of Taylor Swift, was eager to witness her live performance during her unprecedented Eras Tour. The All-Pro made the trip to Indianapolis this past weekend, just days before helping lead his team to a thrilling overtime victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Kelce attended Night 2 of Swift’s three-show stint at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday. During the latest episode of the “New Heights” podcast he shares with his brother Jason, Travis discussed his concert experience and hinted at his future plans for the tour.
Kelce hinted that he might not travel to Canada for the tour’s final leg. Swift will play six sold-out shows at Toronto’s Rogers Centre starting on November 14, followed by three more in Vancouver from December 6-8.
“The American crowds did not disappoint,” Kelce raved about the energy at the Indianapolis shows. “I’ll tell you what, that thing was rocking.” But Kelce’s Eras Tour experience didn’t end there. The tight end also ran into one of Indianapolis’ most popular figures, Caitlin Clark, the star guard for the WNBA’s Indiana Fever.
“Saw Caitlin Clark there. She loves being out there in Indianapolis; she says it’s a fun city,” Kelce shared. “She was into the show, for sure. She was there with her mom and a few friends. She’s a Swiftie, through and through.” In a reciprocal gesture, Swift herself appeared at the Chiefs’ game on Monday night to support her boyfriend Kelce and his team.
As the final leg of the Eras Tour heads to Canada, Swifties are on the hunt for the best ticket deals. Ticketmaster has sold out the shows, but third-party resale sites still have seats available. One of the top options is Ticket Network, which is offering THR readers exclusive discounts of $150 off orders of $500 or more using the code THR150, or $300 off $1,000 and up with code THR300.
Fans can also enter a sweepstakes from Marriott Bonvoy for a chance to win an all-inclusive three-day trip for two to see Swift perform in Vancouver on December 8. The package includes tickets, airfare, hotel accommodations, and more.
The 14-time Grammy winner will also release the official “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour Book” on November 29, exclusively at Target. This commemorative book is sure to be a must-have for dedicated Swifties.
After 21 months, 149 shows, and a record-breaking concert film, Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is nearing its conclusion. However, for ardent supporters such as Travis Kelce, the recollections and thrill of witnessing Swift’s live performance will endure long after the tour concludes.
The remaining Eras Tour dates in Canada are listed as follows:
November 14-16, 21-23 – Toronto, ON December 6-8, Vancouver, BC Whether you’re unable to attend one of the final shows, Swifties can still satisfy their cravings with a variety of options, including resale ticket deals and the forthcoming tour book. The era may be coming to a close, but the music and magic of Taylor Swift live on.
