I have some exciting news to share about the women’s division on Monday Night Raw. There’s finally a team that can beat the dominant WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair.
For the past six months, Cargill and Belair have completely dominated the women’s tag team division. Their only loss came in a 3-way match where a different team took the fall, but in standard tag team action, nobody on Raw has been able to take them down. At Crown Jewel, the champions demonstrated their dominance by successfully defending their titles against three distinct teams in a single match.
However, a new threat emerged last week on Raw in the form of Raquel Rodriguez and Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan. These two powerhouses seem to have a plan to dethrone the unbeatable champions.
Liv knows that the best way to win those belts is for Cargill and Belair to beat themselves. To that end, Liv tried to sow the seeds of dissent between the champs last week, essentially trying to trick Jade and Bianca into thinking selfishly and proving who is the best wrestler on the team, rather than putting their egos aside and focusing on what’s best for the team. Given her ability to undermine the relationship between Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley, Liv’s plan to undermine Cargill and Belair warrants serious consideration.
Liv and Raquel are already challenging for the tag team titles tonight on Raw. Jade and Bianca are both pissed off after Morgan and Rodriguez screwed them out of winning a Battle Royal last week. Will they get to take out their frustrations on these new challengers (including a KOD on that little shithead Dominik), or will Liv’s scheme prove to be a winning strategy?
Tune into Raw tonight to find out if Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair are finally showing signs of breaking up.
The rest of the card is also shaping up to be a must-see TV. Damian Priest won last week’s 4-way main event and is now the number one contender to World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER. On tonight’s episode, the Ring General is going to address this upcoming title match. It wasn’t too long ago when GUNTHER referred to Priest as “street trash.” Will anything change with his approach tonight?
Bronson Reed crashed last week’s main event and brutally attacked Seth Rollins, Sheamus, and Priest. Bronson will likely explain his actions during his scheduled speech on Raw. A rematch between Reed and Rollins may be in the works here, but will Sheamus or Priest also want to get a piece of the big man?
Other notable happenings include the potential introduction of women’s titles for both the United States and Intercontinental championships, IYO SKY earning a future title match against Liv Morgan, tensions continuing to build in The New Day, and the ongoing Bloodline civil war on SmackDown spilling over into Raw.
Wyatt Sicks kidnapped The Miz last week, and Karrion Kross is now threatening to throw him off a roof. Maybe the A-Lister should just pack up his bags and retire at this point rather than risk death every time he shows up to work.
Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker is becoming increasingly frustrated with WWE creative Adam Pearce’s lack of tasks for him on Raw. Does Adam have a solution to this problem, or will Bron snap and destroy random people tonight? With all of this and more on tap, you won’t want to miss a single second of the action on Monday Night Raw!
